Three Ways to Hire NLC Graduates
Visit a NLC Campus
- Visit during training to connect with students and observe their performance in the field
- Reserve a conference room to conduct interviews
- Perform physical assessments/physical test batteries in our climbing pit
- Host an informational lunch session
Host a Table at our Career Fairs
Attend in-person career fairs across all campus locations. We encourage you to attend multiple locations—our students are willing to move!
