Program Objective
The objective of the Utility Lineworker Program is to provide pre-apprentice training for those already employed in the power delivery industry, so that upon graduation, they will possess:
- The knowledge required to complete the related instruction portions of their employers’ apprenticeship,
- Skills that will enhance their success in on-the-job learning,
- Behavior that aligns with their employers’ mission statement and core values, and
- Attributes that can provide paths to leadership roles.
