Marketing works closely with NLC’s Admissions, NLC Creative, and contracted agencies to attract students and companies to our programs and services. They use data-driven analytics combined with focus group testing to understand the customer, their goals, and how to align NLC’s offerings to deliver key outcomes. Marketing projects vary in size and scope, ranging anywhere from designing and delivering on high-level strategic goals to campaign management and the development of collateral.

The Compliance & Registrar teams work diligently to ensure student records and career program details exceed the requirements of our accrediting agency, ACCSC.

The Admissions team guides potential students through the enrollment process, enthusiastically answering questions and providing information about the trade and our entry-level educational programs. They engage with program candidates over phone, email, video chat, and text, and help them complete all necessary steps to move them from a marketing lead to enrolled student.
